Work with AttentionToDetail

What we offer for in person training:

Individual Training

Every Basketballplayer is different, because we are working together with unique people. This seems obvious and basic, but all over the world you see players attending team practices only and wondering why they are not improving or improving rather slow. That is because no team practice can attack your individual strengths and weaknesses. We will change that.

Small Group Workouts

Sometimes it makes sense to work with a max. group of 4 players together. This enables us to apply what we learned into game situations, get competitive and to get the best out of you. We always try to bring players together that are on a similar skill level but differ in strengths and weaknesses, so they can get the best out of each other and push one another.

Team Training / Camps

We are no strangers to training with a whole team. As players and former team trainers we know how difficult it can be for Coaches to put enough focus on the development of the players individually. We can support that and give regular guests sessions during normal team training hours, where we will focus on skill development. As always, the goal should be to work long-term for the best possible results.

Whatever program we do with players, we always follow these 5 steps:

There is no improvement possible if you don't know where you start. So first step will always be a evaluation of the player. We do it together with the player, when we get to know him as a person and start to see him operate on the basketball court.

Define goals

"He who chases two rabbits catches neither" is a quote we believe is deeply true for skill development. For every player it should be a goal to become a overall better player, and we could not agree more. But to be efficient with it you need to focus on one skill at a time. That is why we define clear, measurable goals as a second step together with the player.

Putting in the work

The third step is simple. Put in the work, run the drills together, learn to apply them and look for adjustments. No shortcut for this, fall in love with the grind. We will support you all the way with it.

Time to earn the fruits of the labor. We measure the improvements and check if we reached our defined goals.

... Repeat ...

Repeat this process for all the necessary aspects to become a better, more complete basketballplayer.

Alan Page

Trimble High School - USA

“The Talent Factory is something I believe in. It’s easy to use and very applicable. Focusing more on the foundations has been a huge game-changer for me as a player.”

Patrik Walk

DBS Èanna – First Division Ireland

“Being a pro athlete most of my career, I was glad meeting Robin when I came to Germany. I finally found someone who cares about me as a player and a person. He truly enjoys your success but won’t sugarcoat anything. And thats what you need to improve!

His approach to the game is unique and he is indeed precise when it comes to the little things in Basketball.”

Jannis von Seckendorff

Team Bonn/Rhöndorf - NBBL

“Training with Robin is different from conventional team training or individual training in a club. And I think that’s where the secret lies. You get different perspectives on situations and elements of the game that are incredibly helpful and easy to implement. It is exactly what I need to take the next step. “

Alexander Wehrmann

BG Köln - Bezirksliga

“The name says it all – with his eye for detail, Robin helped me take my game to a new level. I recommended it to everyone on my team, because at all times I had the feeling that I wasn’t doing a run-of-the-mill program, but rather it was tailored to me.”

Josh Martin

Penn St.-Harrisburg - NCAA DIII

“Although I have never met Robin in person, because he is located at the other side of the world I trust him deeply, because he helped me improve my shooting tremendously. I went from 28% from 3pt Line to now shooting 39% in my second college year.”
