Individual Training
Every Basketballplayer is different, because we are working together with unique people. This seems obvious and basic, but all over the world you see players attending team practices only and wondering why they are not improving or improving rather slow. That is because no team practice can attack your individual strengths and weaknesses. We will change that.
Small Group Workouts
Sometimes it makes sense to work with a max. group of 4 players together. This enables us to apply what we learned into game situations, get competitive and to get the best out of you. We always try to bring players together that are on a similar skill level but differ in strengths and weaknesses, so they can get the best out of each other and push one another.
Team Training / Camps
We are no strangers to training with a whole team. As players and former team trainers we know how difficult it can be for Coaches to put enough focus on the development of the players individually. We can support that and give regular guests sessions during normal team training hours, where we will focus on skill development.As always, the goal should be to work long-term for the best possible results.
